Started in 1996 in Hamilton, Ontario, “Pushing the Improv Envelope” has always been about providing a venue for performers to showcase their talent, pitting some of the best troupes against each other. PIE arrives on the Kingston scene with “A Slice O’ Pie” -- a smaller version of the regular format, and more of a showcase than a competition. The event takes place in the upstairs lounge of the restaurant Little Portugal.
