This arena features an ice rink six to 10 months out of the year, which is used for hockey, ice skating, tournaments and special events. A softball diamond is also part of the facilities as well as a canteen.

This facility has two ice rinks and is home to the Cloverdale Hall and Sunnyside Hall Meeting Rooms. The Cloverdale softball diamond is also on the premises as well as a canteen to buy munchies.
